MRI Tech Aide – Outpatient | Fairfax, VA | Weekday Evenings Fairfax Radiology Centers — the largest radiology practice in Northern Virginia — is looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused MRI Tech Aide to join our busy MRI Center in Fairfax, Virginia . Set up the MRI suite for exams and assist patients with safe transfers to and from the imaging table. Start IV access prior to procedures. Ensure patient comfort, modesty, and safety throughout the process. Communicate with physician offices to clarify and complete MRI orders. Confirm critical exam details (body part, laterality, contrast use) and request order modifications when appropriate. What You’ll Bring 1+ years of experience in a medical or radiology office (preferred). Ability to start IVs (highly preferred). Experience in one of the following roles: Medical Assistant MRI/CT Tech Aide ED Tech EMT or Paramedic Nursing Student (after first clinical) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at hire).
