Senior Transportation Engineer (PE)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead roadway design projects, including highways, interstates, urban streets, and interchanges
- Develop and review geometric designs using tools such as Civil 3D and MicroStation
- Ensure compliance with AASHTO and applicable DOT/INDOT standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of transportation or roadway design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with Design-Build or P3 delivery methods preferred
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar design software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
