Job Opportunity – Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Houston, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: One full weekend plus 2 weekdays for a total of 10 shifts per four-week schedule. Day shift primarily (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM estimated). On-call requirement included for night coverage.

• State-of-the-art 3-procedure room Cardiac Cath Lab with advanced Phillips and Siemens fluoroscopy equipment
• Diverse case mix including left and right heart caths, pacemaker/ICD implants, Watchman procedures, IR procedures, vascular interventions, and EP ablations (PFA)
• Collaborative team-based care model with 3-member teams per procedure
• EMR system: MERGE Hemo for Cath Lab documentation and Meditech Expanse

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license eligible for Texas
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Prior Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Electrophysiology experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of procedural guidelines including universal precautions, timeout procedures, and moderate sedation protocols
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
