About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in defining and driving the long-term technology vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of a customer-focused technology strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital experience, emerging technologies, and a shift towards a cloud-based delivery system. This includes establishing and maintaining enterprise architecture standards, providing strategic direction for cloud and system design, and ensuring the organization's cybersecurity posture is robust and compliant with regulatory requirements. The CTO will also be a key figure in fostering a culture of security awareness and risk mitigation, as well as leading and developing high-performing teams across security, network, and architecture. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should be seasoned technology leaders with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in IT architecture, security, or applications development, including 5 years in IT leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in strategic thinking, innovation, and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization. A Master's degree, experience in the insurance industry, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, PMP, or Agile are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a passion for technology, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a customer-centered environment.
