We are seeking a dependable Scanner / Checkout Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately scanning and verifying outgoing orders to ensure every item and piece count is correct before shipment.
Responsibilities
- Scan and verify all outgoing orders using RF scanner equipment
- Ensure exact piece counts and order accuracy
- Account for every item before shipment
- Support warehouse order entry and inventory tracking processes
- Input accurate order information into company systems
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, reach, walk, bend, and stoop throughout shift
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse scanning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented warehouse environment
