Key Responsibilities

• Drive full cycle recruitment for high-volume call center roles, securing top talent for critical business functions.
• Cultivate robust partnerships with stakeholders and hiring leaders across various locations to ensure business needs are met.
• Execute high-volume phone screens and coordinate interview schedules to streamline the hiring process. 
• Champion talent advocacy and ensure a seamless, supportive candidate journey from sourcing to offer management.
• Spearhead local job fair attendance to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of High-volume recruiting experience within a customer care or call center setting in Corporate Environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Workday ATS systems. 
• Proven experience in full cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and offer management. 
• Robust relationship-building skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and effective communication.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
