Mobile Barista / Coffee Truck Driver - Travelin Toms Coffee

$15 per hour

Kona Ice

Mobile Barista Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Marshall County

No experience needed - we'll teach you everything!

We're a locally owned business that operates both Travelin' Tom's Coffee and Kona Ice here in Marshall County. We're hiring full- and part-time mobile baristas for our Travelin' Tom's coffee truck, which runs year-round.

Instead of working behind the same counter every day, you'll bring coffee to the community: school events, sports games and tournaments, festivals, concerts, corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, and neighborhood get-togethers. Every day is a little different.

What we offer:

$15/hour plus tips - our baristas average $20-$25/hour total
Health insurance options
401(k) with company match
Flexible scheduling - we work with you!
Year-round work
Paid training, no experience required
Room to grow with a local, expanding business

What you'll do:

Drive our coffee truck (similar to a U-Haul box truck) safely to scheduled events. No special license needed.
Make drinks and serve customers quickly and with a smile
Set up, stock, and clean the truck before and after each event
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep track of inventory and let the team know when supplies or maintenance are needed
Work as part of a friendly, supportive team

What you need:

18 years or older
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Some weekend availability
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

About scheduling: Event schedules vary week to week, so your hours will too, but we're flexible and will work around your other commitments. This is a great fit for students, parents, retirees, or anyone looking for a fun side job or steady full-time hours.

Ready to join us? Apply today. We'd love to meet you!
