You'll be the one who greets customers, prospects, and partners when they contact our office and sets the tone for their experience with our company. As calls and emails come in, you'll assess each inquiry and route calls/messages to the correct team, department, or individual. Working in Salesforce, you'll update customer account information, log the correct information for new clients, and maintain organized records. You'll also search through account histories when appropriate to help with routing decisions and respond to basic requests. You'll strive to quickly answer calls, triage incoming emails, and elevate issues accordingly to support prompt, high-quality customer service and support!
