Retail Associate Manager

Job Overview This role supports store leadership to develop and guide the retail team in delivering customer‑focused service and sales outcomes. It involves leading team members to meet customer needs through effective coaching, training, and operational management. The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and adherence to retail procedures to drive performance. Success is measured by team achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The work directly influences customer experience and contributes to the overall financial and operational success of the retail location. Job Responsibilities Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan‑ogram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Communication (Required) Leadership (Required) Store Operations (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Salary Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $96,000, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $72,000 Benefits Full and part-time employees have access to the same benefits when eligible, including medical, dental and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and up to 12 paid holidays, paid parental and family leave, family building benefits, back‑up care, enhanced family support, childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, college coaching, short‑ and long‑term disability, voluntary AD&D coverage, voluntary accident coverage, voluntary life insurance, voluntary disability insurance, voluntary long‑term care insurance.
