Make a difference in students’ lives by providing expert assessment and consultative services. In this contract role, you’ll support academic and behavioral growth throughout the school district, working onsite across multiple school locations. Your expertise as a School Psychologist or Diagnostician will help identify students’ needs and guide educational teams in delivering tailored interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current New Mexico PED School Psychologist License
• Comfortable traveling between schools within the district
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and communication skills
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30–40 evaluations

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design individualized education plans
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families regarding behavioral and academic supports
• Provide recommendations for interventions to address students’ needs
• Assist in developing positive behavioral strategies district-wide
• Maintain accurate, confidential evaluation records and reports
• Travel throughout the district to serve students at various school sites
