Territory Manager (Continence Care) - Iowa Location: Des Moines, IA, US Job Family: Sales Country/Region: United States Major Areas of Accountability Business Acumen: Engage targeted accounts, develop and execute a plan to achieve territory sales objectives, analyze key data to identify opportunities, understand customer environment and decision makers, ensure timely advancement of sale process, conduct cost/benefit analysis. Sales Skills: Demonstrate consultative selling, present value proposition, plan daily call routine, utilize tools such as GPO and IDN contracts, marketing directives, sales reports and materials, stay aware of competitive activity. Relationship Building: Retain and grow business within current customer base, develop long‑term relationships, maintain cross‑functional relationships. Clinical Knowledge and Self Development: Understand clinical and product knowledge, stay current on industry trends, attend industry meetings and trade shows. Administrative: Organize and manage information using CRM, maintain records, sales reporting and expense management. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years med‑tech sales experience, OR Associate degree (2‑yr) with 5+ years med‑tech sales experience, OR 7+ years med‑tech sales experience. Willingness and ability to travel 25%–50% including overnight, must possess a valid driver’s license. Must complete credentialing requirements to meet access requirements of healthcare facilities. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. High attention to detail and follow‑through. Exceptional listening skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective time, territory and administrative management; strong written and oral communication. Personifies Coloplast mission and values.
