Principal Test Engineer

Salary: $118,000 - 158,000 per year Requirements:

• BSEE and 12+ years of experience developing test solutions for automated test environments in the semiconductor industry
• Experience with analog, mixed-signal, and power ICs, such as LDOs, buck regulators, PMICs, and PWM controllers
• Experience with 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364, or Teradyne microFLEX is preferred

• Define test requirements for new ICs in collaboration with the development team
• Write characterization programs
• Develop production test programs
• Design load boards for automated test equipment
• Conduct GR&R studies and transient analysis, including spike checks and de-glitching
• Develop test methodologies, schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware
• Debug test programs, correlate production test solutions with bench measurements, and transfer test solutions to production
