This role is ideal for professionals aiming to earn $150,000 or more annually, who have demonstrated stability in their career path—typically having held three or fewer positions in the past five years. Manage time efficiently to handle a high volume of inbound leads. Requirements Proven experience and success as a mortgage banker. No more than three different job roles within the last five years. Highly motivated by financial success, aiming for $150,000+ annual earnings. Strong work ethic and ability to quickly learn new systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
