Project Orion is Capital One's massive effort to build an in-house, next-generation Card Core. Within the Data Consumption vertical, our Batch Data Publication team is completely rethinking how batch data is onboarded and utilized at scale. We are looking for a Product Manager who can balance big-picture architecture with immediate execution. While we build toward a robust, self-service future state, your primary mission in the short term will be acting as the strategic bridge for our users. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
