Ortho Spinal Surgery Clinical Nurse

Responsibilities Assess patient condition and plan and implement nursing care plans for spinal surgery patients effectively. Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and anesthesiologists to prepare patients for surgery and assist during surgical procedures. Monitor patient vitals and pain, administer medications, and provide wound care post-surgery. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, post-surgery care, and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. Required Skills Expertise in spinal and orthopedic care. Strong patient assessment skills.
