$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and safe environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area, fostering a positive and inviting space for children.
• Adapt to the changing needs of children and families, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
• Support children's social skills by encouraging positive interactions and cooperative play with peers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience caring for infants (newborn experience required).
• Strong understanding of infant development and care routines.
• Infant CPR & First Aid Certification (required).
• Background check and clean driving record.
• Non-smoker.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment & Expectations

• In-home care setting.
• May require flexibility in scheduling (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends).
• Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the family’s home.
• Minimal personal phone use while on duty.
