• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of NP clinical experience or equivalent advanced practice experience.
• Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses.
• Active California Furnishing Number and DEA registration.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas in Los Angeles and Orange County.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and care coordination skills.
• TB test required (CareMore Health business unit requirement). Delivering high-quality care where patients need it most.
