Responsibilities Transportation/Patient Care Coordinator - Provide transportation for patients to and from the facility for pre‑scheduled appointments and help organize and direct patient and client daily activities. Admissions/Intake Nurse (RN) Position Responsibilities include: Initial triage and medical screening. Assessments for inpatient and outpatient programs. Assess, direct and intervene in crisis situations. Nurse-to-nurse screenings for patients transferring to our facility. Obtain physician orders, intake calls and pre-certifications. Communicate patient needs to unit nurses, physicians and families. Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
