We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.## Your benefits* Work-life balance with a 35-hour week (flexitime).* International environment with the opportunity to network globally.* Work with modern/diversified technologies.* At Airbus, we see you as a valuable team member and you are not hired to brew coffee, instead you are in close contact with the interfaces and are part of our weekly team meetings.* Opportunity to participate in the Generation Airbus Community to expand your own network.## Your tasks and responsibilities* Support H135/H145 Value Stream Management in producing more than 100 H145 A/C per year for customers all around the world.* Map the Value Stream: Develop and maintain Current State and Future State Value Stream Maps for the H145 assembly and delivery process.* Secure alignment of all stakeholders along the production value stream concerning production planning.* Preparation of industrialization schedules for new helicopter variants.* Analysis of relevant production data and key performance indicators (Non conformities, inventory, production cost, lead-time..) to drive production improvement initiatives.* Monitor and report the production progress of the H135/H145 assembly all along the value stream.* Order Tracking & Delivery: Monitoring commissioned customer helicopters and tracking outstanding operational actions through to final delivery.* Process Improvement: Proposing, planning, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for the H145 manufacturing process.* Lead Time Reduction: Identify bottlenecks in the production cycle and implement strategies to reduce total "Lead Time" from order to delivery.## Desired skills and qualifications* University degree in the area of aeronautical engineering or an equivalent field of study.* Strong customer oriented, organized, structured, rigorous and dynamic mindset.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* First practical experience in an industrial environment would be beneficial.* Proactive, goal oriented, and independent work.* High degree of customer focus.* Strong teamwork skills.* Fluent in English, German is a plus.Please upload the following documents: cover letter, CV, relevant transcripts, letters of reference.
