We're looking for a driven, personable Client Success Specialist who thrives in both service and sales — managing inbound client support while proactively growing our client base. Your role is pivotal in keeping the efficiency and excellence that defines TITAN running every day.

This role is the primary relationship between TITAN and the clients we serve. You'll be the first voice a prospect hears and the reason a long-term client stays. That's not a small thing — it's the center of how we grow.

Role Summary

No prior experience in sales or account management? That's okay. We're building from the ground up with the right person.

We'll train you on everything you need to know. What we can't teach is character — and that's what we're hiring for.

In this role, you'll learn to handle inbound inquiries, build relationships with clients, prepare quotes, and make sure every customer feels taken care of — from first contact through long-term retention.

Six Things You'll Learn to Do — and Genuinely Enjoy

• Responding to inbound leads — phone calls, website inquiries, and emails — and turning them into scheduled services and long-term accounts.
• Preparing clear quotes and routine agreements that make it easy for clients to say yes and understand exactly what they're getting.
• Following up consistently — not once, not twice, but until you have a clear answer, one way or another.
• Building real client relationships — remembering names, situations, and details that make clients feel like more than an account number.
• Identifying opportunities to help existing clients get more value from TITAN's services.
• Coordinating with our operations team to make sure every promise made gets kept — because your word and TITAN's word are the same thing.

• $45,760 - $49,000 base salary
• 401k with 3% employer contribution after 6 months
• PTO and paid holidays

Hours

Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00 – 4:30 pm On-site

• Must pass a 7-year background check (local, state, federal) and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
• We are a smoke-free facility
• Recent graduates with exceptional internship, leadership, customer service, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.
