Regional Sales Manager, Foot & Ankle

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle products in the Southeast (Georgia, Florida, Alabama). This leadership role manages sales strategies, budgets, and team performance for the orthopaedics portfolio while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies and strategic plans for Foot & Ankle portfolio
Recruit, hire, and retain diverse sales professionals; ensure all territories filled with qualified staff
Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development to sales team
Lead acquisition of new accounts and surgeon relationships; support team in penetrating existing accounts
Manage regional budgets, business expenses, and drive profitability and gross profit targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent field; MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years business/leadership experience plus 2 years management or mentoring experience
Demonstrated leadership capability and track record in complex organizational environments
Strong communication, presentation, and customer data analysis skills
Foot & Ankle market experience preferred; sales leadership development program experience preferred
Valid driver's license required
Product expertise, clinical knowledge, and new product introduction experience
