We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Science teacher to teach middle school during the 2026-2027 school year. Summary description: To create a class environment conducive for learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continuing education in accordance with each student's ability; to establish/foster healthy relationships with parents and other staff members. Primary responsibilities include curriculum/planning, instruction/lessons, assessments/classwork, classroom management, and professional development. Additional items include building relationships with students and parents, maintaining a strong collaborative relationship with teachers and instructional support staff, and being supportive of the PPA team. Patriot Preparatory Academy began in 2010 as a K-12 public charter school.
