Position Type: Support Staff/ Instructional Assistant Date Posted: 9/1/2026 Date Available: 09/15/2026 REPORTS TO: Building Principal FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Hourly Non-Exempt COMPENSATION: Based on Classified Pay Model WORK CALENDAR: 183 Days STANDARD HOURS: 6.75 Hours/Day PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District Responsibilities Supervise and tutor students with special needs Provide small group one on one instruction to students in need. Respect the individual's right to privacy. To participate in staff development programs. To perform other duties assigned by the building principal. Qualifications The preferred candidate will be a licensed elementary teacher; at least 48 college credits; an associates degree or willing to take and achieve a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment prior to beginning work. The preferred candidate will have experience working with students with special needs The preferred candidate will have a teacher's license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
