Job Summary This essential position plays a significant role in our firm's strategic plans to grow and expand the business. The role involves providing exceptional client service, counseling clients on all aspects of financial planning and wealth management and completing special projects to meet clients' unique needs. The candidate will engage strategically and proactively in the firm's business development activities, working closely with the Relationship Development Team to secure new clients. This role also offers the opportunity to develop new business directly through interactions with referral sources and prospective clients. Responsibilities

This role also offers the opportunity to develop new business directly through interactions with referral sources and prospective clients. Responsibilities
- Serve as the Financial Manager and Advisor for high net-worth clients, developing trusted and long-term relationships.
- Administer the firm's comprehensive financial management services on an ongoing basis.
- Provide customized analysis, including cash flow analysis, statements of financial condition, insurance evaluations, retirement analysis, survivorship analysis, and estate structure reviews.
- Prepare and review personal income tax returns and develop tax planning strategies.
- Consult and assist with areas such as employee benefits, stock option exercises, real estate, career/business planning, financial negotiations, medical and custodial care planning, education financing, annual gifting, and more.
- Develop financial plans and implementation strategies to support clients' financial goals and objectives.
- Counsel and advise clients regarding financial goals, portfolio structure, and investment performance.
- Engage in business development activities, meeting with prospects and nurturing relationships to secure new clients.
- Develop new business through interactions with referral sources and prospective clients.
- Certified Financial Planner® designation.
- Excellent academic record; a four-year college degree is required; a graduate or advanced degree is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience working as a Certified Financial Planner®.
- Experience working directly with clients as the primary financial advisor.
- Experience with a RIA, Fee-Only, Fiduciary is preferred.
- Proven business development experience, with a willingness to engage in strategic and proactive activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with high levels of intensity and motivation.
- Passion for providing exceptional client service.
- Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with industry-specific software.
- Detail-oriented with experience maintaining records in a CRM system.
- Willingness to travel.
