Interim Beauty Counter Manager - The Shops At Mission Viejo

Summary The Interim Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for the Laura Mercier brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, beauty services, and counter operations in a commissioned retail environment. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customer goals. Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty. Coordinate vendor events and promotions, maintain vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready. Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training. Requirements Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare. Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and meet physical requirements involving frequent movement and lifting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
