Director of Information Technology

Overview Enerfab Process Solutions is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead our IT function. Responsibilities Define and execute the IT strategy, vision, and roadmap that supports the business strategy and delivers value to stakeholders. Establish and direct the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department. Manage partnerships, serving as the main liaison between our company and external partners, ensuring quality service levels, security, and cost effectiveness. Partner with leadership and external IT vendors to determine the organization''s long-term systems needs and any hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish the organization''s business objectives. Provide technical guidance on high-priority projects and orient the company to trends in the information technology industry. Manage and optimize the IT budget, resources, and performance metrics. Partner with our IT vendors to ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and data. Support the digital transformation and innovation initiatives of the company. Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness of the company. Oversee the strategy, configuration, and ongoing management of the company’s ERP system to ensure alignment with business operations. Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices that comply with industry regulations and best practices. Manage and develop a team of IT professionals and vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. Communicate and collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners on IT-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field or related experience. At least 7 years of experience in IT leadership roles in the industrial construction industry, manufacturing, or a similar sector. Excellent communication, collaboration, and innovation skills. Ability to define corporate vision and strategy, establish company direction and focus, and execute high-impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
