Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and are looking to gain valuable experience in administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office files and documentation
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Provide support to various departments in administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
