Position Details

• Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM PST, up to 40 hours per week
• Patient Mix: 70% adult, 30% pediatric, 100% outpatient
• Appointment Duration: Intake sessions lasting 30 - 45 minutes; follow-ups lasting 15 - 30 minutes
• Experience: Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
• Appointment Management: Providers have the autonomy to schedule their own appointments
• Focus: Ongoing psychiatric care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADD
• Treatment Approach: Combination of therapy and pharmacotherapy
• Child/Adolescent Psychiatry: Preferred but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour
• Payment Structure: Rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work
