Specialty Neurology Hospitalist (Locum) State WA Location 101 W 8th Ave, Spokane, WA 99204 Requirements Providers must have recent stroke care and be up to date on extended-window thrombolytic. Neurology residency training and Neurology board certification is required. Schedule Coverage Type: Inpatient Schedule Type: Inpatient Call Type: None Dates of Need: Specified below Shift Times: 6a-6p and 6p-6a Lunch: N/A Provider Minimum # Shifts Required: Looking for one provider for all shifts below Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12 Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 per day Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Regular, orientation, Overtime, Holiday Credentials Current CV (must be uploaded to bid) License: Active WA or IMLC DEA Required: Yes Boards: BC only in Neurology Skills/Certs: (none listed) Additional Details We are looking to add one locum to our locum pool who can cover all of the following dates: Holy Family, days Sept 8-21 (6am-6pm) – coverage for the entire two week stretch. Sacred Heart nights, Oct 9-12 (starting 6pm and finishing by 6am on Oct 13). SHMC nights Dec 22nd to Dec 28th (Starting 6pm, finishing at 6am on Dec 29th) Holy Family, Days, Dec 22nd to Dec 28th (6am-6pm) Scheduled coverage will be determined by provider's preference for days or night shifts.
