About Cornerstone Caregiving:
We are a locally owned and operated home care agency in Encinitas. At Cornerstone Caregiving, we believe that every senior deserves to stay in the home they love while being treated with dignity and respect. From specialized dementia support to just being a friendly face for a quick meal, our mission is to help our clients maintain their independence with the best care possible. Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA (Private Residence)
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Client Information: We are seeking a compassionate caregiver for a client with Parkinson's disease. This is a short-term respite assignment to provide relief for the family.
Responsibilities:
Standby assistance with showers and personal hygiene
Meal preparation
Fall precautions and safety monitoring
Transportation to appointments and errands
Companionship and engagement
General supervision and well-being checks
Qualifications:
Experience with Parkinson's care preferred
Fall prevention awareness
Reliable transportation
Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor
Must be able to pass background check
