Group Fitness Instructor – Retro Fitness Cambridge (Powered by Momentum Enterprises)Pay: $30–$40 per class, plus bonus incentives for larger class enrollmentBring the energy. Build the community. Get people hooked on showing up.We're looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who can run a class that people actually look forward to - great playlist, killer form cues, and a vibe that keeps them coming back.What You'll DoShow up on time, every time, and run a tight class start to finishDeliver real warm-ups, real work, real cool-downs - safe and effective, no shortcutsCoach proper form so members get results without getting hurtCurate the music and equipment to match the format and energyMake the room feel like a place people want to beHelp us spotlight programs like PT and retailBuild a following - engage members, take feedback, keep the momentum goingWhat You BringNationally recognized Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, etc.) - requiredCPR/AED certified - requiredActive professional liability insuranceGroup instruction experience under your beltThe kind of energy that motivates a beginner and a gym rat in the same classA team-first attitude and Momentum Core Values in how you show upAbout Momentum EnterprisesWe're a family-focused company creating fun, active, and memorable experiences across our communities.
