Position Summary At Sunesis, we believe that great project managers start by understanding the work from the ground up. Our philosophy is simple: hands‑on field experience builds the foundation for strong leadership and successful project delivery. The Field Intern role is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in construction project management. This role provides hands‑on experience in the field, working alongside skilled laborers and site supervisors to gain a deep understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and job site operations. Key Responsibilities Assist field crews with daily construction tasks, including general labor and potentially light operating. Learn and apply basic construction techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals. Support site supervisors in maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Observe and document field activities to understand scheduling, quality control, and workflow. Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Interest in a career in construction management or related field. Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
