KA Wolfe is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our field operations team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to continue building a career in construction management while working alongside experienced leaders in the multifamily industry.

Masonry and multifamily experience are preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with general construction supervision experience who are organized, dependable, willing to learn, and able to help keep projects moving in the field.

The Assistant Superintendent will help support daily jobsite operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality and safety, and work closely with project managers and superintendents throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day jobsite coordination and supervision

• Help manage subcontractors and keep work progressing on schedule

• Support quality control and jobsite safety efforts

• Communicate with field teams, vendors, and project management

• Help identify and solve jobsite issues as they arise

• Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and material coordination

• Maintain a professional and team-oriented presence on site

Qualifications:

• Construction supervision or field leadership experience preferred

• Masonry or multifamily construction experience is a plus, but not required

• Experience working with subcontractors and multiple trades

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
