As a Product Associate in Investment Funding, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core team member, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Define the OKRs by partnering with cross‑functional leaders Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive business value and impact, including competitor reviews, market trends, customer demand, and user behavior; leverage data‑driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to ensure key results are on track Lead the product development lifecycle by owning and writing detailed requirements that capture functional, design, and control/regulatory features; conduct discovery sessions to clarify and prioritize requirements; work with technical development to ensure output meets expectations; be the main decision maker in determining trade‑offs; collaborate with quality assurance to deliver a functional end‑to‑end product and experience across all channels (web, mobile); drive prioritization of defects and work with technology on resolution Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Experience in payments, cash/asset transfer, or related field Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience working closely with user experience designers and software engineers Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Company and Benefits Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals.
