Breakfast Attendant - SEASW

To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Breakfast Attendant with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavor and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast and social event areas, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and efficiently. Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service. Execute food preparation, including basic cooking, garnishing, and replenishing buffet stations as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper handling, and sanitation procedures at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing their needs promptly and courteously. Support catering and banquet functions. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards. Help with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed. Take on other ad‑hoc duties as a true team player. Qualifications Ability to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling. Good reading, writing and basic math skills. Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts. Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language. Capability to maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked buffet and kitchen. Great communication: warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. Compensation & Benefits The hourly rate for this role is $21.30 to $26.00.
