Synergy Sales Co. is expanding in West Texas! We’re seeking driven Team Leads to spearhead our residential (D2D) campaign and drive fiber optic broadband adoption.
We're looking for a true people person & leader who excels at hands-on coaching, strategic problem solving and frontline sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Build and Empower: Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals (internal and contract), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceeding monthly targets.
Strategic Territory Management: Assign territories, monitor KPIs, and optimize sales activities to maximize penetration within your assigned region.
Innovation and Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand our reach and connect more households with our superior fiber optic solutions.
Dynamic Leadership: Travel up to 30% to support your team and drive success in the field.
Customer Champion: Deliver exceptional customer experiences while outpacing the competition.

What You Bring to the Table:

Sales Expertise: 1+ years of residential telecommunications sales experience (preferred, but not required).
Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading successful sales teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze sales trends, forecast results, and identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Business Acumen and Emotional Intelligence: Sound judgment and the ability to influence and inspire others.
Independent and Agile: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
