QA Tester
Location: Remote
Type: Contract and Full time
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand healthcare business processes
- Support Provider, Claims, and EDI-related initiatives
- Create user stories, BRDs, functional documents, and process flows
- Coordinate with QA and development teams during testing and defect resolution
- Participate in UAT, defect triage, and release activities
- Track defects and project activities using Jira and qTest
- Support Facets-related business processes and system enhancements
Required Skills
- Healthcare domain experience
- Knowledge of Provider and Claims processing
- Experience with EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.)
- Experience working with Facets
- Hands-on experience with Jira and qTest
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and data validation
