Type: Contract and Full time

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work with stakeholders to understand healthcare business processes
• Support Provider, Claims, and EDI-related initiatives
• Create user stories, BRDs, functional documents, and process flows
• Coordinate with QA and development teams during testing and defect resolution
• Participate in UAT, defect triage, and release activities
• Track defects and project activities using Jira and qTest
• Support Facets-related business processes and system enhancements

Required Skills

• Healthcare domain experience
• Knowledge of Provider and Claims processing
• Experience with EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.)
• Experience working with Facets
• Hands-on experience with Jira and qTest
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and data validation
