Location: Florence, KY Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; rotating weekends 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Why This Role Matters As a Patient Services Representative II, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring the accurate collection and processing of specimens. Your work directly supports quality diagnostic testing and helps patients receive timely healthcare insights. What You'll Do Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing as required Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive and professional patient experience Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Work independently in a high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Pediatric phlebotomy experience required Strong customer service and patient interaction skills Keyboard and data entry proficiency Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other locations as needed Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and varying schedules based on business needs Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment Hands-on experience with a variety of specimen collection procedures Potential pathway to long-term employment Comprehensive training provided at the Cincinnati training location Opportunity to further develop clinical and customer service skills Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr
