What You’ll Do

Assemble electrical components and complete systems per schematics and specifications.
Run in-process inspections and quality checks against industry standards.
Use hand and power tools effectively to meet production targets.
Troubleshoot build issues collaboratively and resolve root causes.
Maintain a tidy, hazard-free work area for optimal safety and flow.
Document procedures, highlight discrepancies, and report defects.
Engage in ongoing training to stay current on tools, methods, and technologies.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; electronics certification preferred.
Prior experience in electrical assembly or a comparable field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the discipline to follow precise instructions.
Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
Good communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
