Setup & Process Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)

• 1st Shift Schedule 6am to 4pm Monday- Thursday.
• 2nd shift Schedule 4pm to 2am Monday- Thursday.
• The Setup & Process Technician is responsible for complete mold and die setup, machine start up and shut down, and ongoing process monitoring and optimization.
• This role ensures safe, efficient production by performing equipment setups, making process adjustments, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• The position requires strong technical expertise in injection molding, hands on mechanical skill, and close collaboration with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.

Setup & Process Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have previous plastic injection molding experience.
• Must have previous experience as a set up technician and a process technician.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment.
• Must be proficient with manufacturing systems and software (e.g., Mattec, CMS, RJG, Microsoft Office).
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and platforms
• Regular lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity.
