JOB SUMMARY:

• The Medical Billing Collector collects unpaid physician claims.
• Researches and resolves denials and payment variances, completing appeals, with the goal of maximizing collections.
• Achieves established goals for AR days, aging, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of medical billing collection experience
• Medical terminology knowledge/experience
• Durable medical equipment billing and/or infusion billing experience preferred
• Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills.
• Degree or HS Diploma not required

Pay range $17 to $23/hour
