Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Behavioral Services – Milford Mill, MD [ Mon - Fri 11am - 7pm Shift ]NCIA is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the RBT will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with treatment teams across residential, clinical, and community settings.Key Responsibilities:Implement individualized behavior support plans and MANDT techniquesSupport individuals in developing life and social skillsAccurately document behavior data and progress notesAssist with behavioral assessments and plan developmentCommunicate with BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and interdisciplinary teamsRespond to behavioral crises using approved intervention strategiesAttend Person-Centered Plan meetings and required trainingsMaintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standardsHigh School Diploma with 5 years’ experience in behavioral health/developmental disabilities, or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experienceMinimum 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesExperience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferredStrong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to follow complex instructions and maintain accurate documentationProficient in basic math and data handlingComfortable working with diverse populations and maintaining confidentialityValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per agency policyCertificationsCurrent & active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification requiredCertified Medication Technician (CMT) or ability to obtain via MTTPMANDT certification or ability to complete trainingNCIA offers a strong and competitive benefits package, including:• Health, dental & vision insurance• Health Savings Account with employer contributions• 403(b) retirement plan with employer matchWhy NCIA?NCIA is a nonprofit that empowers people through unconditional support, equity, and compassion.
