Position Summary

The Selections Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Design Center by coordinating interior and exterior selections for inventory homes while ensuring consistency with company standards, current market trends, and construction timelines. This position collaborates with Purchasing, Construction, Sales, and the Design Center team to create thoughtfully designed homes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all interior and exterior selections for inventory homes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely documentation.
• Research and maintain knowledge of current design trends, products, materials, and construction methodologies to keep home offerings fresh and competitive.
• Conduct routine field visits to inventory homes, model homes, and competitor communities to evaluate design execution, identify emerging trends, and recommend products.
• Develop cohesive interior and exterior design concepts that align with company standards, target market preferences, and budget objectives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate selection documentation, specifications, and data entry.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturer representatives, suppliers, and internal team.
• Assist with showroom products by maintaining displays, and ensuring the Design Center reflects current product offerings and design trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes, operational efficiencies, and product selection procedures.
• Support the Design Center Manager with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
