Property Manager

Job Summary Manages the day-to-day operations of the community. This includes managing the team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established KPIs, and ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi‑family housing operations. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the properties to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget, including maintenance repairs. Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals. Communicate plans of action proactively and in detail. Ensure the properties are well kept. Manage the team and performance of the property. Establish the team at each location. Maintain vendor relations and ensure all bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner. Attend and ensure the team completes all assigned training. Ensure that the property is run within the guidelines of all policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous property management experience is required. Proven financial growth on a property. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Resman preferred. Financially savvy with previous experience in creating and adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting. Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Ability to work and manage a property. Refined time management skills. Driver's license required.
