CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: SALES ASSOCIATE LOCATION: Punta Gorda, FL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As a sales manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, and maintaining customers. A customer-focused attitude is a must. At our growing company, you will be a key contributor to the company's success. We are looking for team players who can work well with others, and who can develop relationships with customers of all sizes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow accounts.
• Follow up with customers, maintain good relationships.
• Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
• Prepare sales proposals and sales contracts for orders
• Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Understand and promote company programs
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintain client records
• Monitor developments in the EV charging market, providing recommendations to meet customer needs
• Stay updated on market trends, providing insights, reports and forecasts to management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field
• Familiarity with and understanding of the EV and/or HVAC industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• College education a plus
• Team player mindset
