Speech Language Pathologist Role & Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services in a healthcare setting. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients. Maintain documentation and progress reports. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications & Skills Valid licensure as an SLP. Required onboarding certifications: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Duties Deliver therapy sessions during day shifts. Follow protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
