Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• May be asked to float to another clinic based on caseload.
• EMR: Prompt ER
• One-on-one patient care productivity model.
• Caseload includes mostly orthopedic patients, balance-related cases, and some Parkinson’s patients.
