Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Primary location is an outpatient clinic in Portland, IN, with floating required to another clinic location if caseload dips.
• EMR: Prompt ER
• One-on-one patient care model.
• Caseload includes mostly orthopedic patients, balance issues, and some Parkinson patients.
