Sr Operations Manager

Job Summary Oversee and manage resources and efficient processes for a large‑complex distribution center operation, ensuring high‑quality daily operations such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading all customer orders. Responsibilities Establish operational procedures for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and maintaining current warehouse inventory. Lead and measure all daily processes to ensure order fulfillment and production are completed with excellence. Provide support to local sales representatives and sales leadership to deliver outstanding customer service. Respond to service failures, customer concerns, and resolve complaints through the OSI process. Support human resources functions at the local facility, including sourcing/staffing positions, administering compensation when necessary, and providing training and development. Create a culture that promotes positive employee relations and ensures safe practices for the workforce. Manage exempt and non‑exempt employee population while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Control financial aspects of Distribution Center Operations, including expense management and preservation of assets. Communicate effectively in group and individual settings, prepare presentations, and navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders. Handle multiple priorities and extensive time demands with a strong sense of urgency and personal integrity. Lead through multiple managers and/or supervisors and oversee major projects, budgets, and policy development. Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5years of management experience leading and developing subordinates, or High school diploma or equivalent and at least 7years of management experience. Preferred Job Requirements Experience in a large distribution center environment. Salary The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,240.00 – $165,360.00 annually. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
