Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current, active license to practice as an SLP in New Mexico (NM)
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Experience working with students across various age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor assessment and therapy plans for diverse student populations

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other specialists to support integrated educational goals
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all state, federal, and school district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to promote student growth
