Director of Sales

Director of Sales: We're in search of a dynamic leader who will lead the Best Western Downtown Casper sales strategy, manage the sales team and drive revenue growth across all market segments. The Director of Hotel Sales is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share. This includes overseeing group, leisure, business transient, and catering sales, as well as managing relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and travel partners. This person will assist with establishingsales goals, monitor performance, and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds revenue targets. Collaboration with Revenue Management and Operations is essential to optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall profitability Required Skills and Qualifications: Typical qualifications include 4–5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within full-service, luxury, or upper-upscale hotels. Candidates should have strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, digital marketing, andCRM systems. Leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are critical for managing a high-performing sales team. Experience in B2B sales, event planning, and hospitality sales is highly valued. Limited travel within the city and state is required.
